It's almost impossible to put into words how much we love working on cool things...
Whether it's event styling, custom signage, floral/foliage wreaths + arrangements or invitations + stationery, we simply can't explain how excited + crazy we get when we sink our teeth into creative projects and events.
Wait, actually, we can.... You know that feeling you get when you see an uber cute, adorable little puppy? You go all gooey, a little bit nuts and let out a weird, 13 year-old girl type squeal....? No? Well, we do! And that's how we feel when we sit back and look at a project we've had the opportunity to work on.
Needless to say that shows we're just a little bit mad over here, but don't hold that against us (we're quite proud of it, frankly). It just shows you how passionate we are about creating awesome things for awesome people.
Want to be one of those awesome people? Get in touch with us and let us help you create something that will make you channel your inner 13 year-old... and let's have some fun squealing together (you don't have to actually squeal if it's not your thing... maybe it's just us?).
Oh, and in case you're wondering, we work within the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast + Byron Bay areas (but happy to travel further if required - get the private jet ready!).
The name Before Dinner came about back in the early 90's by owner, Hannah's parents. With an ex-fashion wholesaler, now primary school teacher Mum (Heather) and ex-carpenter/set builder, now property manager Dad (John) busy building their dream house in suburban Balmoral (Brisbane), many a conversation occurred in the late hours of a Sunday around the next piece of furniture to be built or the next update to the house to be completed.
On one such occasion while putting together a couple of timber stools for the new back deck (as requested by the lady of the house), John quite poignantly quipped ".... and I suppose you want those completed before dinner?" (not without sarcasm of course).
Some 20 or so years later and we still all want household jobs to be completed 'before dinner'....
